The Dunlop Pneuride range of semi air suspension systems are supplied by Dunlop Systems and Components. Air suspension system and bellows have been designed, developed and manufactured by the company for more than halve a century. During this period more than 10 million parts have been sold to a very wide range of vehicle manufacturers.
The Pneuride semi air suspension kits have been designed in such a way the fitting should be well within the scope of a confident 'do it yourself' gent. The total number of parts has been minimised and no special apparatus are required.
Semi air suspension systems enable the transport ride height to be kept level. Pneuride air assitance kits greatly boost stability, in particular during high-speed motorway rides - in a straight-line, when buffeted by strong sideway winds and whilst being overtaken by heavy trucks. A rear end suspension adapted furnish a semi air suspension system can be stiffened simply by intensifying the air pressure in the bellows. This alleviates any droopyness of the rear end suspension due to imbalanced or excessive loading.
