Airide offer pneumatic suspension for Ford/Talbot/Peugeot/Fiat and many other motorhomes. Their system consists of two 8" diameter Firestone air springs fitted between the chassis and axle and inflated/deflated from inside the cab through a Schrader valve and gauge assembly shown below.

As with all our semi air suspension systems, they greatly increase straight-line stability on motorways, strong cross winds and when being overtaken by heavy vehicles. They enable you to, stiffen the rear suspension by increasing the air pressure alleviating any sagging of the rear suspension due to incorrect or over loading, and allowing the vehicles ride height to be kept level. Body roll on roundabouts and when cornering is also decreased and the general ride is much improved.

Some Mercedes vehicles do require a Camping Car Kit (CCK) to enable the fitting of an Airide kit. Some motorhome converters had the CCK fitted as standard, however there are some Mercedes Sprinters that require the CCK. If your not sure if your vehicle has a CCK, please contact us to discuss it.
