The OEM fitting instructions are poor standard generic instructions, I recommend you throw them away as they suggest the bladders can be squeezed in through the coils. Unfortunately this usually ends up damaging them and the use of a lot of strong language!!! Its best to disconnect the bottom shock mounts to allow the axle/suspension to drop to get the coil springs out, when dropping the axle, watch out for brake lines etc, not to over stretch them. You may need to drill a hole in the bottom spring cup for the airline. It needs to be at least 20mm and fully de-burred. Use a hole saw, rather than a standard twist drill. Also make sure the inside of the coil spring and anything else likely to come in to contact with the bladder has been cleaned and free of rough edges.
