AL-KO Chassis - Air assist solutions
To complement the extensive range of auxiliary air suspension solutions for
vehicles with conventional suspension, Dunlop Systems and Components offers solutions for vehicles
fitted with an AL-KO (Alois Kober) galvanised steel chassis (1994 to resent
variants, 2-wheel axle).
One of the big advantages of the Dunlop Alko kits is the short installation time,
basically there is no need to disassemble the drum or disk brakes. This makes an installation time
of around 2 hours or less.
Kits
are available as follows...
‘Standard Entrance’ : Low chassis, no step behind the motorhome entry door

‘Low Entrance’ : High chassis, step behind the motorhome entry door
One kit for motorhomes build from 2002 till 2006
and
One kit for motorhomes build from 2007 till recent - Standard - See chart below

One kit for motorhomes build from 2007 till recent - Wide - See chart
below

All these kits are designed for a Fiat, Citroen or Peugeot. However for a Renault, Opel
or Vauxhall fitting is possible, however some modifications may be likely.
To have full advantage of our Alko kits we do recommend they are installed with
a compressor and gauge kit.

IMPORTANT -
We will not supply any AL-KO assist kit without a gauge kit or a compressor kit,
as the system needs to be made as easy as possible for the user to check the air
pressure in the system as there will not be any warrantee for damaged air
bags/springs caused by under inflation.
