Shurflo Pump 12V 10.6 litres per minute @20 psi

This highly improved self-priming pump will pump water vertically over 3metres. Comes complete now with the ''Silent Kit'' which helps to eliminate vibrations. The stainless steel filter prevents impurities from entering and is easily cleaned so the pump lasts longer. Non-toxic materials are used for all parts of the pump that come into contact with water. The pump is also resistant to limescale deposits and oxidation and is able to run dry without causing damage. Pumps can run in any position but is recommended with the motor on top and the head underneath to prevent possible damage to motor caused by leaks. Fiamma recommend that this pump is installed on a solid surface to reduce noise caused by vibrations. New improved base plate with sound-absorbing feet that can be interchanged with previous pump models. 1 angle and 1 straight hose connector supplied for 13mm diameter flexible hose. All components can be replaced.

Used in conjunction with the above pumps, these units smooth out the pulsating water flow, making it a smooth constant flow, kinder to the running of the pump

An ideal addition to the AQUA 8, previous models and other makes of pressure switch pumps. The new expansion tank eliminates the pulsating operation of the pressure switch pumps and supplies a constant flow of water in the quantity required. It also extends the life of the pump and boiler and cuts water consumption. The A20 is fitted inline via two connections that connect to 13mm diameter push on hose. 

The internal pressurized diaphragm provides a smooth, surge-free flow. The A20 can be dismantled for diaphragm operations. It is precharged at 0.9 bars(13.05 psi) but can be charged with the special valve with a normal compressor. 

The A20 can reduce electricity consumption by up to 28%.

Expansion Tank Installation

Please note:

Expansion tanks/Accumulators are only effective with diaphragm pumps (the pumps above) as diaphragm pumps cause pulsations in the flow of the water, where as there are no pulsations with centrifugal pumps (the cheaper ones listed below)
