Delivery
We aim to despatch most items within 24-48hours Monday to Friday, however some of our items are not held in stock and therefore may take longer.
On receiving an order we check the stock and will contact you if there is likely to be a delay to give you the option to either wait for the item to be delivered or request a refund which we will action on the day we call you and will be refunded back onto your credit or debit card depending on your cardholders policies.
To help keep shipping costs down for our customers, orders with a value up to £40.00 may be sent by Royal Mail and take 5-7 working days to arrive. If you have a low valued item and you need it quicker than 5-7 working days please select the £8.50 courier service.
Delivery costs to mainland UK
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and FedEx for all our deliveries.
All orders up to £200.00 are £8.50 (including VAT) for a 2-3 day delivery.
Orders £200.00 and over are free delivery.
Please contact us if you require next day delivery prior to making your purchase.
Premium Postcodes
Some postcodes incur an additional fee such as non-mainland islands of the UK and some areas in the Scottish Highlands and will be charged as follows:
Orders with a value up to £199.00 will be charged at £18.00 for carriage.
Orders with a value £200.00 and over will be charged £10.00 for carriage.
International shipments
We mostly ship to the UK however International shipments are possible so please give us a call on 01531 660797 to arrange an international shipment.
Receiving goods
Please check your item before signing and ensure there has been no damage to your item in transit, if so, this must be stated as ‘damaged’ when you sign for it. Once you unpack your item, if it is damaged please contact us as soon as possible but within 7 days of receipt.
